Easy BBQ Seitan Sliders

Ingredients

• 3 Hamburger Buns

• 1 Pack of Blackbird BBQ Seitan

• Coleslaw

  • Shredded Coleslaw Mix

  • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

• Optional: Violife Cheese, Extra BBQ Sauce

Directions

1. Spread the Blackbird Seitan evenly over the rolls, followed by the barbecue sauce, coleslaw, and Cheese. Top with the remaining rolls.
