Unbleached high-gluten flour, water, organic shoyu (organic whole soybeans, organic whole wheat, salt), lemon juice.

How to cook it
Sauté: 5 to 6 min over medium-high in a little oil until edges crisp. Air-fry: 400°F for 8 to 10 min. Grill: toss in oil, grill 3 to 4 min per side. Add sauce at the end so it caramelizes, not burns.
